Beyond friendship, Follow feels like a big family coming together to seek dedication and energy. We don’t care about diplomas and hard skills. We just want people as passionate as us about the things we do and who are not afraid to learn and be dynamic. Working in social media can be quite overwhelming, so to avoid bringing work at home, we have our employees sign a « disconnect charter ».
